You will play a vital role in shaping the future of cybersecurity through strategic product management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key facts Location: Barton, South Canberra Engagement: Permanent Team: Product Team What you'll do Direct the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user requirements. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new feature development. Lead product launches and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Mentor and guide product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and workforce management technologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Nice to have Experience with AI-driven products or solutions. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Skills & tools Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies.
