About Us:
Cowgirls Tavern is where Texas hospitality meets good food, cold drinks, and live music. We’re a one-of-a-kind bar, restaurant, and music venue in the heart of Calvert. From locals to out-of-towners, folks come for the atmosphere—and stay for the experience. We’re looking for vibrant, friendly, and hardworking servers to join our growing team.

Position Summary:
As a Cowgirls Server, you’ll be the face of our operation. You’ll take pride in creating a welcoming environment, serving up delicious food and drinks, and making sure every guest has a top-tier experience—whether they’re here for lunch, a family celebration, or a Saturday night show.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet guests promptly and with a friendly attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders and ensure guest satisfaction
• Recommend daily specials and bar favorites
• Monitor tables and provide attentive, personalized service
• Handle payments and operate POS system
• Support your fellow team members (we’re big on teamwork)
• Keep tables and dining area clean and presentable
• Smile often—it’s part of the uniform

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
✅ Prior experience as a server is a plus but not required
✅ Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
✅ Must be reliable and punctual
✅ Must be at least 18 years old
✅ TABC and Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
