Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with common hospital documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with post-operative care, neurological and orthopedic patient populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1800.
• Shift Days: Days.

You will support functional recovery, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Documentation and adherence to facility policies are required. Your role will contribute to continuity of care and operational stability during staffing transitions.
