Registered Nurse - Acute Dialysis | Tennessee / Franklin

Location: Franklin, TN

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with possible Saturdays (TBD)

Hours/Week: 40 guaranteed

Employment Type: Temporary/Contract

Licenses/Certifications: Active TN RN license or license from a Compact State, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis needed

Special Skills: Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types, Tablo Hemodialysis System

Hourly Rate: $51/hour

What You'll Do:

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability throughout each session
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection prevention, and dialysis best practices
• Foster a compassionate and positive team environment

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• At least two years of recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Proficiency with dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute setting
