The OpportunityJoin an established outpatient orthopedic clinic in one of Philadelphia's most desirable suburban corridors. You'll deliver hands-on physical therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a Monday-through-Friday schedule — no weekends. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Evaluate orthopedic conditions, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments across a diverse outpatient caseload
- Educate patients and their families on recovery plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Supervise PTAs and aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supported by modern clinical resources
- Work a predictable full-time schedule: three early shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and two late shifts (10:00 AM–7:00 PM), Monday through Friday
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred — new graduates welcome
- A patient-first mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team-based care model
