Temp-to-Hire Recruiter / College Sourcer (Aerospace Talent Acquisition Support) Connecticut (Hybrid/Onsite as needed) | Contract-to-Hire | Aerospace Industry We are seeking a motivated Recruiter / College Sourcer to support a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, relationship‑building, and proactive sourcing of early‑career and skilled talent. You will play a key role in building strong pipelines through college outreach, community engagement, and targeted candidate sourcing.
