What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, spray booths, and production equipment
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory
• Partner with engineering on equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Ensure OSHA and workplace safety compliance

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong CNC machinery maintenance experience
• Knowledge of spray booth systems, electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
