Registered Nurse (PRN)Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour dependent on education & experience, plus generous shift differential for evening, grave and weekend shifts. Status: PRN (8 hr shifts) - 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am - NO benefits package. For over 30 years, Benchmark has provided highly specialized, clinical treatment for adolescent boys who suffer from previous traumatic experiences and psychological health issues.Your role & responsibilities include:Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing careAdministers medications as assigned and serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medicationsCheck for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policyRespond to and assesses resident's medical needs and promotes and provides health care teaching to residentsBe proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and responding appropriatelyFunction as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic mannerYour qualifications include:Licensed as a RN in the State of Utah or authorization to practice in UtahPrefer one year of experience, BUT are willing to consider the right new graduatePossess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctualityMust be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screenEEO Statement - We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
