What You’ll Do

• Advise at the highest level, partnering with senior executives to define technology strategies that enable business outcomes.
• Turn insight into execution, leading hands‑on consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights.
• Drive measurable value by modernizing platforms, rationalizing applications, migrating to cloud, unlocking data and analytics, managing cyber risk, and optimizing cost and sourcing.
• Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead exceptional teams, inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing consultants.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: USD 188,000 – 248,000 per year. Plus annual bonus or role‑based uncapped sales incentive plan. Market‑leading benefits include generous PTO, 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, company stock at discount, and more.
