RRT-NICU (Registered Respiratory Therapist Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

Location: North Carolina (Charlotte) Contract Type: Traveler Start Date: 06/24/2026 Pay Range: Competitive Learn. Lead. Level up! Role Overview: This role provides specialized respiratory care to premature and critically ill newborns, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway support. The role involves close collaboration with neonatologists and the care team to stabilize and support infants with complex respiratory needs. Requirements:

2 years of experience required
Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
RRT and NC License required
Certificates Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
EPIC Charting System experience required.
Experience in PEDS or NICU required
Must have NEONATES & Pediatrics
Prefer RT to have NICU, PICU, Peds, and Peds ED experience.
L & D experience preferred.

Schedule:

Shift Hours: Night 3x12-Hour (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
Weekend coverage: Every third
On?call required as needed.
Floating required as needed.
