1st Level Tech Support Agent

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Level Tech Support Agent , to join our growing team and cover US time zones. Responsibilities This role is 100% remote and includes shifts As a 1st level customer support agent, your tasks will focus on looking after, supporting and advising our international customers from the crypto/stocks/futures trading environment. You will receive functional and technical inquiries and faults via the live chat, by e-mail and occasionally by telephone, process them independently or forward them to the right contact person conscientiously.
