Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive professional with 5–8 years of experience selling IT services, digital engineering, and enterprise platform solutions into the US market. This is a hunter role, focused on building pipeline, opening new accounts, creating opportunities, and driving qualified meetings with enterprise / SME customers. The ideal candidate has experience selling consulting services around enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Microsoft, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, open source/bespoke applications or similar ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market customers in North America.
• Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, events, and partner channels.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, Commerce, Data, Customer Experience, and IT leaders.
• Position Retail Insights' capabilities across Digital Commerce, AI, Data, Customer Experience, Cloud, and Managed Services.
• Identify opportunities around Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Data Platforms, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with internal leadership, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop customer proposals and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts using CRM.
• Collaborate with technology partners to generate joint opportunities and customer engagements.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise IT services, consulting, or platform solution sales in the US market.
• Strong experience in new logo acquisition, outbound sales, and demand generation.
• Experience selling one or more enterprise technology platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Microsoft, Snowflake, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar ecosystems.
• Understanding of Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Managed Services.
• Proven ability to engage senior technology and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven individual comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Experience

• Retail & Consumer Goods domain exposure.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners such as Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, or Shopify. xhyhwjd
