Описание vSprint is an agency supporting the scaling of sales on Allegro and other Polish marketplace platforms. We are part of Commerion Group, which also includes, among others, Olimp Marketplace and vAutomate. Our services are aimed at business clients (B2B), whom we help grow sales, optimize processes, and increase the visibility of their products in the domestic e-commerce market. We are currently looking for a Marketplace Project Manager—a proactive person who will provide comprehensive services to our Partners, taking full responsibility for managing their projects on various Polish platforms (such as Castorama, Leroy Merlin, Hebe, Super Pharm, BlackRedWhite, Media Expert, Media Markt, Decathlon, OnBuy, and other marketplaces based on the Mirakl system) and ongoing communication. Задачи Managing sales projects on marketplaces and coordinating ongoing cooperation with Clients. Adding and optimizing offers (titles, parameters, SEO, content), as well as managing promotions and prices. Planning and running marketing campaigns within marketplace platforms. Onboarding new Clients and ensuring the smooth and timely progress of project processes. Analyzing results: monitoring sales, margin, and profitability, and recommending actions to improve results. Требования Understanding how marketplaces and sales platforms work. Proactivity and independence. You do not wait for instructions, show initiative, and can successfully look for new solutions. Very good work organization. You can independently plan your daily tasks and accurately set priorities. Ability to work with data. You can turn data from reports into specific sales recommendations. Technological readiness. You actively use AI tools (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT) and are open to new developments, improving and streamlining your daily work. Communication skills. You feel comfortable interacting with B2B Clients and treat difficult situations as challenges to solve.
