R10092836 Plant Manager (Open) Location: Cleburne, TX (AMG) - ASU Overview Supports the development of the site and guides the operation of industrial assets in safety, risk management, and reliability to guarantee customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities Advance operational excellence in primary production plant(s) focusing on safety, reliability, and efficiency. Foster alignment and conformity with defined safety rules. Secure and support delivery of products per customer contracts and demand. Support proper implementation of strategy & contribute to performance, empowered to manage entity costs of sales. Champion collaborative coordination with other teams (SIO, Maintenance, Industrial Direction, HSE). Required Qualifications 5+ years experience in plant management in industrial gas or chemical processes. Strong knowledge of labor, environmental, occupational health and safety laws. Ability to travel 20 percent of the time as needed. Ability to read and comprehend all written and computer-generated documents. Ability to operate a forklift and become forklift certified. Valid U.S. employment authorization; no visa sponsorship required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Prior operational and production experience. Experience with ASU.
