Furniture & More Gone Coastal is growing! We are excited to announce the opening of a NEW UPSCALE FURNITURE SHOWROOM in Bethany Beach, Delaware, in early 2027!

We are seeking talented, motivated, and experienced Furniture Sales & Design Consultants who have a passion for beautiful interiors, exceptional customer service, and helping clients turn their houses into homes.

Our new showroom will feature high-end furniture collections, sophisticated coastal designs, and quality furnishings for customers who appreciate style, comfort, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
  
  
• Assist clients with furniture selections, room layouts, colors, fabrics, and design concepts.
  
  
• Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service.
  
  
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase.
  
  
• Develop product knowledge of premium furniture brands, materials, and construction.
  
  
• Help customers create beautiful, functional living spaces that reflect their personal style.
  
  
• Meet and exceed individual and showroom sales goals.
  
  
• Work alongside a professional team in an exciting, upscale retail environment.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous interior design experience and/or furniture sales experience strongly preferred.
  
  
  
• A natural ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
  
  
• A strong sense of style, design, and attention to detail.
  
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  
  
• A motivated, positive attitude with a passion for sales.
  
  
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury showroom.
  
  
• Willingness to learn new products, trends, and design techniques.
  
  
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
