Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12-hour shifts per week | Every other weekend | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 6-bed NICU with an estimated patient ratio of 3:1
• Care for neonatal patients requiring monitoring, feeding support, and phototherapy using GE bedside monitors, Giraffe and Panda Warmers, and Natus Neoblue phototherapy lights
• Administer medications and feedings using Neomed and Medfusion pumps; document care in Meditech and CPN
• Assist with procedures including line placement, intubation, and circumcision
• Collaborate within a team environment supported by 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, OB hospitalist, and anesthesiologist coverage
• Float to the Newborn Nursery as needed per unit floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (Temporary licenses will not be accepted)
• BLS Certification (required)
• NRP Certification (required)
• S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital/specialty NICU experience
• Ability to practice family-centered care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for infants requiring CPAP or mechanical ventilation
• Experience with central line management
• Stabilization experience and/or attendance at deliveries
• Developmental care experience
