Summary The Sales & Client Advisor With Keys reports to the Store Director and supports store management by performing opening and closing procedures and assisting with daily operations. This role provides top-quality customer service while helping to drive sales and uphold brand standards. The advisor also helps manage stockroom organization, loss prevention, visual presentation, and store maintenance. Responsibilities Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with daily operations Maintain organized stockroom and ensure inventory is accessible for staff Support loss prevention initiatives, ensure cash/register accuracy and timely deposits Assist with implementation of visual displays and merchandising standards Oversee daily store maintenance, fixtures, and presentation standards Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally Support enforcement of store operations manuals and sustainability policies Requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for fashion Strategic vision and high level of personal performance #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
