About Our Agency

Since opening the agency in 2015, we've grown into a team of eight professionals focused on helping customers protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships in our community. Prior to becoming an agent, I spent 10 years in automotive finance, where I developed a passion for helping people make important financial decisions and achieve their goals. Having lived in this area my entire life, I'm proud to serve the community that helped shape who I am. Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my dog, Winston, and staying involved in local events and community initiatives. Giving back and supporting the people around us is something that's important to both me and our agency. Our office culture is one of collaboration, support, and growth. We work hard, but we keep things laid back and enjoyable. Role Description

As an Account Associate for Natalie Gajewski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
