Schedule

• Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Call rotation: 4 weeks on, 1 week off
• Call response time: within 20 minutes

Practice Details

• Days with call coverage
• Case logs required
• Some PRN days may include call per Order

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted CRNA license
• Proficient in spinals, peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals (case logs required)
• Clear background and malpractice history required
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
