Florida Talent Onboarding Coordinator

To support organizational talent effectiveness, the full-time remote Florida Talent Onboarding Coordinator will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including background checks, compliance, and enhancing the candidate experience while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage background screening processes for new hires, contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process, tracking progress and addressing any discrepancies Maintain accurate employment files and documentation, conduct audits, and generate reports on talent metrics as needed Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent; preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field One to three years of Talent/HR experience in a generalist setting; experience in a high-volume onboarding environment preferred Knowledge of Talent/HR general principles and practices Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and ethical standards in handling sensitive information Proficiency in general office productivity tools, including MS Office Suite and Teams
