Talent Acquisition Coordinator

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and provide administrative support throughout the recruiting process. Key Responsibilities Coordinate high-volume interview schedules, balancing availability of candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers Serve as a primary contact for candidates, delivering timely communication and ensuring a smooth interview process Manage candidate and interview data in the ATS, maintaining accuracy throughout the hiring lifecycle Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones for globally distributed teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
