Laker Land Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Reefer Drivers.

We're a small, family-oriented carrier built around taking care of our drivers. Our owner has more than 25 years of driving experience, still understands life on the road firsthand, and works directly with drivers and dispatch to find the right routes and home-time plan.

If you're tired of being treated like just another truck in a large fleet, Laker Land Logistics offers the equipment, freight and personal support to make OTR driving feel different.

Weekly pay of $1,500 to $2,000 a week. All dispatched miles paid — loaded AND empty. 99% no-touch freight. Strong miles with steady reefer freight. Flexible scheduling. Home time built around the driver whenever possible. 2024 and newer Volvo and International trucks. Full benefits package. 401(k). Passenger program. Pet program. Our fleet includes 2024 and newer Volvo and International trucks, giving drivers newer equipment built for comfort on long OTR runs. Laker Land Logistics has also been featured by Volvo Trucks North America for its approach to driver comfort, personalized trucks and driver retention.

OTR refrigerated freight across the Midwest, Northwest and Southeast. No California. No Eastern-state running or hiring areas as designated by Laker Land. 99% no-touch freight. Your actual routes will depend on freight needs and where you live, with the team working to find the best fit for miles and home time.

Valid Class A CDL. At least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience. Age 23 or older. Clean driving record. No SAP program.
