As a Clinical Reimbursement RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient reimbursement processes, while providing exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical record reviews to identify missing or incorrect information, and ensure accurate coding and billing practices. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate billing of services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers, including insurance companies and government agencies. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize reimbursement processes and improve patient outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Provide exceptional patient care and support to the healthcare team. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee. 2 years of experience in clinical reimbursement or related field. Strong understanding of medical coding and billing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
