Assistant General Manager - EyeCare Team Leader

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a collaborative team, drive KPI-based performance, and deliver a premium patient experience. You will work with community doctors, vendors, and staff to ensure great outcomes while contributing to the office's financial success. This role requires 1-2 years in a management role (retail/hospitality preferred) and a passion for mentorship, service excellence, and entrepreneurial drive.
