Job Summary:

Provide critical nursing care to emergency patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt assessment and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care, observations, and interventions accurately.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience working in an emergency or acute care setting.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
