Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Surgery - $34-57 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Day Surgery for a nursing job in Framingham, Massachusetts. Specialty: Day Surgery Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Hours: 36 per week, 12‑hour day shifts Employment Type: Staff Up to $15,000 Sign‑on Bonus Based on Eligibility. Responsibilities Provides direct clinical patient care. Assesses, plans, implements direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis and at unit level. Supervises staff and delegates appropriate care. Supports CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Provides high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care to all patients. Coordinates and integrates patient care based on the nursing process. Directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, with goal to discharge patient with optimum level of care. Coordinates and plans patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Performs and fulfills all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster. Knows the hospital’s emergency codes and adheres to policies and procedures for each emergency code. Performs related duties as required. Required Qualifications Education: Graduate from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Certification: Currently licensed, certified or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR certified. Preferred Qualifications Education: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
