As an Accountant, you'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, support reporting and analysis, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. What You'll Do Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports. Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management efforts. Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements. Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Partner with operations and management teams to support company goals. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication and teamwork skills. Bonus Points For Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain industries.
