Lead and manage the execution of assigned press orders. Coordinate the efforts of all departments and outside suppliers involved in fulfilling the order to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in achieving company profit goals.

EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Project Management, Business, or Engineering (or related field). Project Management Certification is a plus.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Four to five years of project management, applications engineering, or sales experience in the metal stamping or capital equipment industry. In-depth knowledge of industry applications and requirements involving capital equipment. Experience regarding presses, feed lines, tooling, die change equipment, electrical controls, and conveying equipment is a plus. General knowledge of capital equipment rigging and installation requirements. Ability to travel 20% of time. General knowledge of planning, budget control, and pricing required for complete capital equipment installations. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. General knowledge of PC hardware and software skills used in preparing professional communications for customers. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. Some understanding and use of AutoCAD is a plus. Specific demonstrable knowledge of project management techniques. Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings. The ability to follow electrical schematics is a plus. Good understanding and knowledge of general metalforming press design. Good understanding and knowledge of press control systems.
