Indnustrial Cleaner

Adecco is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaners to join a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment by cleaning manufacturing equipment, production areas, and common spaces in accordance with company safety and sanitation standards. Candidates should have at least 1 year of previous experience.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean workplace and enjoy working in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production floors, workstations, machinery, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove debris from manufacturing and warehouse areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to company procedures.
• Assist with cleaning production lines during shutdowns and changeovers.
• Maintain cleaning logs and complete assigned sanitation tasks.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or equipment issues.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and PPE requirements.
• Support other facility and housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial cleaning, janitorial, sanitation, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and production machinery.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and odors.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and wear required PPE.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
