Description:

We are seeking a Mandarin- and English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support patients of a global healthcare organization. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, delivering accurate, compassionate, and timely assistance through phone-based support. This position is ideal for professionals who value stability, remote work, and long-term career development in the healthcare support industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide inbound phone support to patients, including:
- Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Medication refill coordination
- Basic inquiries regarding lab results and services
Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy
Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards
Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience

Job Highlights:

80,000 – 100,000 PHP monthly salary

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
