Partner Success Manager

You work alongside a partner's Marketing and Growth leads to unlock the full return on their growth investment, and to make Violet the single source of truth for their performance. This is not a sales role: no quota, no closing, no contract negotiation. Success is partner growth, performance outcomes and long-term value. It needs someone who has done growth marketing hands-on. You will be reading performance data, spotting where the opportunity is, and building the plan with the partner — so a working understanding of acquisition channels, funnel optimization and scaling across paid and CRM is the baseline, not a bonus. What you'll do Own your partners' metrics and KPIs, and drive the plan to hit and beat them Act as a strategic advisor, consistently finding new sources of value inside Exactius' capabilities Project-manage team operations so delivery against the partner's KPIs is consistent Hold a regular cadence of communication: surface issues, open opportunities, share product updates Ask the 'why' questions that build real relationships rather than status-update ones Use performance data to evaluate partner health and find the pain points early Advocate internally for the solutions that increase long-term partner value What you need Experience in Customer Success, Partner Success or a growth-focused account role — SaaS or MarTech preferred Working understanding of digital marketing: growth, CRM and email marketing is a must Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate what the data means Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy, and equally comfortable in a team Experience across time zones, locations and cultures with internal and external stakeholders Organized and prioritization-driven — this is a fast-moving environment Strongly preferred: a performance marketing or digital agency background, working directly with clients on growth strategy and paid media optimization How we work You sit across a partner's whole engagement rather than one channel, with a cross-functional squad — performance, CRM, creative and BI — delivering underneath you.
