We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This position requires field service experience and the ability to work independently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing repairs in the field.

Experience

• Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge relevant to HVAC systems and appliance functionality.
• Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay starting at $25 or depending on experience.
