Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care — Florence, Alabama. This travel assignment begins 07/27/2026 for 7 contract weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $886 to $904 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 each week. Shift is 3x12-hour Nights (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervision of a registered nurse
- Monitor residents’ health, record vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
- Document care provided and resident responses in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards during night shift

Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license with eligibility to practice in Alabama (or able to obtain)
- Graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Able to work night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and maintain a reliable schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow care plans and document accurately
