This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control systems, panels, and components in a production/manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have hands-on electrical experience and pride themselves on quality workmanship and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical components, control panels, and subassemblies according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructionsPerform wiring, routing, and terminating of electrical connectionsInstall components such as relays, switches, sensors, and circuit breakersRead and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawingsUse hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectivelyConduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure proper functionalityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelinesQualificationsPrior experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or a related field preferredAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagramsBasic knowledge of electrical systems and componentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable working with tools and in a manufacturing/production settingAbility to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftDependable with strong work ethicBenefitsWeekly PayFull Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Consistent Monday-Friday ScheduleFlexible Start TimesOpportunity for Pay Increase After 90 DaysStable, Growth-Oriented Work EnvironmentJob Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Sun City, FL.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
