The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Support event managers with logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Greet and guide guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout the event. Monitor event timelines and assist in resolving on-site issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in hospitality, marketing, or event management is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills.
