We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward. Role Scope Lead BMS controls engineering: the building controls layer of the reference design across the fleet. Own the controls standards: sequences, points lists, and network architecture written once, deployed everywhere. Drive vendor strategy: platforms, integrators, and programming standards held to spec. Grow the team and carry the hard sequences: plant optimization, failover, and demand response hooks. What We’re Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. You’ve led BMS or controls engineering for data centers or large plants. You’ve written sequences of operations that operators trust at 3am. You’ve standardized controls across a portfolio. You hold integrators to points lists and functional tests. You design for the data: telemetry and analytics as first-class outputs. Bonus: Tridium, ALC, or Siemens depth. BACnet at scale. Chilled water plant optimization. Commissioning interface.
