Immediate need for a talented Corporate Recruiter. This is a 03 - 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $38/hr - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Work Module: Hybrid role Monday to Wed in office Rest remote.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail beauty roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Utilize Oracle ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, interview updates, and reporting.
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics including TAT, submission-to-hire ratio, and offer acceptance rates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on retail beauty industry hiring trends and competitor intelligence.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 5–10 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Strong hiring experience within the Retail Beauty/Fashion/Cosmetics industry.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ATS is mandatory.
• Experience handling high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
