Job Type:

Full-time (4 days per week, most weeks)

Pay:

From $44,200 to $85,000 per year

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay with $44,200 base salary

Schedule:

• 4-day work week
• Day shift
• No weekends

Ability to Commute:

• Bossier City, LA (Required)

Delivery Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products, return soiled products to the plant on time, and manage customer needs weekly.

• Manage customer par levels to avoid overstocking flat goods.
• Manage the customers uniform program to ensure quality garments, avoid unnecessary ordering, and ensure customer satisfaction with their appearance and safety.
• Problem SolvingCommunicate all problem situations to the customer with a plan on how to eliminate the problem. When necessary, request aid and assistance from Service Management.
• Build RapportDevelop a good relationship with each customer by providing for their needs and following through on requests and suggestions.

Sales Be responsible for selling/adding to the route and meeting sales goals.

• Direct Sales ProductsSell additional rental services and direct sell products to existing customers based on their needs and Porters assigned goals.
• Look for and report selling opportunities to both management, the Direct Sales Dept., and the New Account Sales Dept.
• Ensure customer retention by always maintaining service agreement terms.

Personal Requirements:

Physical

• Be able to climb in and out of a delivery truck while carrying product.
• Climb & CarryClimb stairs carrying product up to 75 lbs.
