WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A LINE COOK To make the magic happen in our kitchen, here are the essential ingredients we're seeking: A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Meticulously organized and detail-oriented. Stellar time management skills to ensure smooth operations. A passion for elevating culinary creations that leave taste buds dancing.Before you tie your apron with us, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- You're 18 years of age or older.
- You have at least 2 years of professional cooking experience.
- Possession of a valid food handler's permit.
- Ability to efficiently prep food and follow recipes.
WORK SCHEDULE, PAY RATE & LOCATION
Welcome to a kitchen that blends flavors and flexibility! At Quotes, we offer both full-time and part-time positions, providing opportunities to suit your culinary journey. Our restaurant operates from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Sunday to Wednesday and 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM on Thursday to Saturday. The two shifts that are currently available are:- Thursday through Sunday, 5 or 6 pm to close
- Saturday through Tuesday, 5 or 6 pm to close
As a Line Cook, you'll enjoy a competitive starting hourly rate ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, depending on your expertise and experience. But that's not all!

- Full medical coverage for $15 a month if you earn under $60,000 annually and work over 30 hours per week
- Our company covers 50% of the premium for all benefits
