If youre a driven person looking for high earning potential and real growth opportunity, The Willoughby Lanzaretta agency is seeking Sales Agents to join our top-performing team.

Experience in car sales, retail sales, bartending, or serving can translate well in this role! If you're great with people, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and motivated to succeed we'd love to talk to you!

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter mindset in an independent work environment

Confidently initiate sales conversations and set appointments from scratch

Utilize strong listening skills to understand candidate needs and motivations

Build and maintain relationships that drive engagement and long-term success

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience required to provide a strong foundation for success.

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide the training and structure to help you grow quickly and confidently.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
