What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes.

Administer and manage medications.

Monitor and document patient conditions.

Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.

Educate, encourage, and support family members.

Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Need

Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license)

Strong assessment and communication skills

A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self-motivated spirit

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
