We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for the client experience outside legal representation. In addition to supporting existing clients, you will help manage intake of prospective clients, scheduling, case records, and general administrative duties.

• Serve as point of contact for clients, including receiving and making phone calls, responding to voicemail and email promptly, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and communicating with clients to disseminate information, answer questions, provide case updates, and address concerns.
• Contact and schedule prospective clients or leads for consultations, lead management, and follow up.
• Maintaining client and case records, including scanning, printing, copying, preparing, sending, and filing client, court, and other relevant business documents.

Education:

• High school diploma required; associates degree or higher preferred.

• Knowledge of computers, typing, data entry, and phone systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields, preferably in an office setting
• Ability to build rapport with clients with a positive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems, think creatively, and explain information effectively
• Adhere and act in accordance with legal ethical standards as outlined by the State Bar of Arizona
