Contract Administrator | Fort Worth, TX

The Contract Administrator is accountable for handling administrative tasks in the contract review process and within the Legal Department. Our Contract Administrator: Prepare contracts for legal review by converting them into editable Word format, marking sections for each department's review, downloading linked documents, and ensuring exhibits are included. Coordinate between different departments to facilitate obtaining feedback on different parts of the contract. Pass contracts to Contract Specialists for legal review. Send finalized contract for signature. Perform and participate in company audits aby providing documentation. Prepare reports and data on contract review process, KPIs, etc. Maintain the customer contract database by uploading signed contracts into the database in a timely manner, using proscribed naming conventions and tags. Answer administrative questions about the contract review process. Update policies, procedures, and training documents as requested by management and Contract Specialists. Keep abreast of industry corporate trends and developments. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or University and one year of related experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience are also considered. Requires excellent writing and interpersonal skills. What we look for: Reads, understands, and flags contracts. Proficient computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows environment. Intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ServiceNow and Asset Management Processes a plus.
