Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Trauma Telemetry Unit. As a key member of our health team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve ensuring patient safety, delivering effective nursing interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment modalities.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to manage patient conditions effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in the EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in medical telemetry nursing preferred.
• Charge Nurse experience and leadership skills are encouraged but not mandatory.
• BSN is preferred.
