Projects You Can Be Proud Of.Pro Work Design specializes in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, addition, and whole-home remodeling projects throughout Central Florida. We're looking for an experienced carpenter who knows the trade, takes pride in the details, and can get the job done right without constant supervision.If you have 5+ years of remodeling or finish carpentry experience and are comfortable taking ownership of your work, we'd like to hear from you.Your ResponsibilitiesComplete framing, drywall preparation, trim and finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and door and window installationRead plans, elevations, and scopes of work and complete accurate layoutsManage daily work and priorities to keep projects movingCoordinate with the Project Manager and other trades as neededMaintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites, including occupied homesUse JobTread to document progress, upload photos, and communicate updatesIdentify and communicate potential issues before they affect the projectWhat You Bring5+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experienceStrong experience with kitchens, bathrooms, additions, or whole-home renovationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skillsAbility to read construction plans and perform accurate layoutsOwn hand and power toolsReliable transportation and comfortable using a smartphone for job updatesClean driving record and ability to pass a background checkBilingual English/Spanish is a plusCompensation & Benefits$25-$34/hour, based on experience and skill levelW-2, paid weeklyOvertime opportunities as neededPaid holidays and PTOConsistent year-round workTool and training supportWork LocationProjects throughout Seminole County and the greater Orlando areaSanford, FL officeMust be able to commute to Sanford, FLMonday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PMOccasional Saturdays based on project needsAbout Pro Work DesignPro Work Design is a Florida Certified Building Contractor providing premium residential remodeling services throughout Central Florida.
