We are currently seeking a Rheumatologist to become a part of our dedicated team at a leading medical center located in Burlington, MA. This role is ideal for a committed physician who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care within a supportive and collaborative setting.

• Minimal On-Call Duties: Enjoy a light on-call schedule and limited inpatient consultations, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
• Comprehensive Support: Access nearby radiology and infusion services at a partner medical center. You will collaborate with a skilled RN, future APP support, and administrative personnel.
• Collaborative Care Environment: Join a team focused on treating musculoskeletal diseases, with easy access to consultations with specialists in endocrinology, physical and occupational therapy, orthopaedic surgery, and more.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $240,000.00 - $275,000.00 USD . This range reflects the annual base salary that the organization reasonably expects to offer at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this role may qualify for performance-based incentives, including productivity and quality bonuses.
