Your Role in Our Mission

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's needs and design bespoke therapy sessions aimed at facilitating their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate for Optimal Care: Work alongside a diverse team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Inform and empower patients and their families about effective therapy practices that support progress beyond your sessions.
• Evaluate Progress: Monitor and document patient outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to keep everyone on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Commitment to continuous learning through additional certifications and training is encouraged.

Certifications Required

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
