Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

Health Connect America, Inc. is hiring a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in office and community settings. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, create person-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for a range of behavioral and emotional needs. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with community partners and referral sources, maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, and participate in supervision, training, and professional development within a mission-driven, client-focused culture.
