About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and oversee its growing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's strategic vision is executed, financial discipline is maintained, and the highest level of care is provided to clients. This role requires a leader with a strong background in organic business growth, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission. The Executive Director will be expected to meet or exceed performance expectations, including annual organizational growth targets, and to foster a culture of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong organizational culture. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or comparable executive-level experience preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of senior leadership experience. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding performance expectations, as well as the ability to build and mentor a high-performing leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a background in contract experience with relevant state departments, experience in quality assurance and improvement, and a strong understanding of the local, state, and federal regulations governing the industry. A collaborative leadership style, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.
