Empower Phoenix is a small, locally owned company that empowers our clients within their home and community. We are currently looking for in person clinicians to start in our new community location. There is an option to do a hybrid (in person and telepractice) position as well but we are looking for at least one day on site. Purpose: Assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures. May, in accordance with State laws, assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, document the progress of treatment, and modify specific treatments in accordance with patient status and within the scope of treatment plans established by the supervising physical therapist. Population: Individuals with developmental disabilities.
